Psychotherapy Services

The process of psychotherapy can help with many kinds of problems. Anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship concerns are just a few examples of what we address every day. We like to see ourselves taking your side against the problem and helping you feel better about yourself. A diverse group of people from all walks of life see us in our practice. We work with individuals, couples, a families and will sometimes have group sessions. We accept all major credit cards and Garth Mintun accepts most insurances plans. Both psychotherapists will see couples together if it is beneficial to them.

Our Approach

We create a therapeutic environment in which you can feel nurtured and protected in order to work on whatever “problem” you bring to us. We help you find hope and skills so that you can find satisfactory resolutions and feel better about yourself.

Who We Help

  • Individuals

This process involves talking to a psychotherapist about obstacles in your life. The focus might be anxiety, grief, depression, sadness, anger and/or other concerns.

  • Couples

Couple psychotherapy is beneficial when there is a need for improving and /or repairing relationships. Couples can become uncertain about the viability of a relationship and need help/support as they sort this out.

  • Families

Sometimes the family seems to be falling apart and needs intervention/mediation in a safe environment. Everyone can have a part in “standing up to the problem”

  • Group

Groups create a safe protective environment in which to try out new behaviors and gain insight about how individuals experience themselves and others.
